Job Description:

Job Duck is looking for an experienced Virtual Case Manager to support a busy personal injury practice by managing cases from intake through resolution. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers while ensuring every case progresses efficiently and accurately. You will play a critical role in maintaining client trust, organizing complex documentation, preparing demand packages, and supporting negotiations through detailed case management.

• Compensation Range: $1,220 to $1,320 USD/month

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and assemble demand packages for insurance submissions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

• Manage the full lifecycle of personal injury cases from intake through settlement

• Reconcile discrepancies between provider records, insurance documentation, and client reported information

• Submit demand packages for attorney review and implement feedback as needed

• Ensure compliance with established workflows, processes, and documentation standards

• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, liability determinations, and settlement demands
• Upload, organize, and track medical records, bills, provider statements, and insurance documents

• Collect, verify, and document client, medical, and insurance information

• Conduct proactive follow ups with clients during onboarding and throughout the case lifecycle
