ADMIN & PROCUREMENT CLERK

• Manage procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, placing orders, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating the procurement of stationery and operational supplies
• Process payments, including daily CODs, budgets and month-end payments, load proof of payments and assist with creditor reconciliations
• Manage administrative processes relating to insurance claims, credit applications, bank guarantees, credit card machines, and new store openings / closures
• Maintain accurate records and provide general finance and administrative support, including store stationery management, billing checks, invoicing, and various ad hoc tasks

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration and procurement role, preferably within a retail, finance, or multi-site environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with procurement, purchase orders, creditor reconciliations, invoicing, and payment processing
