Minimum requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate - essential
- 1-2 years’ administration experience, preferably in a logistics, distribution, transport or warehouse environment.
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Good numerical and data-capturing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience with order capturing, invoicing, reconciliations or POD administration would be advantageous.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate professionally with principals, customers, drivers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to work accurately under pressure and strict daily deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be willing to learn and become proficient in the company's OMNI system.
- Previous experience in a distribution/logistics environment would be advantageous but not essential.
