AI Developer

• Design, develop, test and implement AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Build solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI services.
• Configure prompts, orchestration logic, workflows, connectors and integrations.
• Support proofs of concept, pilots, production solutions, deployments and releases.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Develop reusable components, patterns and accelerators for AI solution delivery.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Support testing, defect resolution, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Follow established engineering standards and software development practices.
• Participate in peer reviews and code reviews.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with architecture principles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI development practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and product owners.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery activities.
• Share knowledge, demonstrate completed solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Contribute to reusable AI assets and accelerators that improve delivery efficiency.
• Support the adoption of Microsoft AI technologies and contribute to the team's technical capabilities.

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering solutions within an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies.
• Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building, configuring and deploying AI agents.
• Experience building and deploying AI or automation use cases.
• API integration experience and an understanding of authentication and security principles.
• Experience testing, debugging and troubleshooting software solutions.
• Understanding of secure, scalable and maintainable software development practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile delivery environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning, innovation and engineering best practices.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph and custom connectors.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, Java or a related development language.

• Microsoft Applied Skills: Build AI Apps with Azure AI Foundry.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
