AI Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AI Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions that solve complex business challenges. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, digital transformation teams, and IT professionals to identify valuable AI use cases and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of AI initiatives, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Intelligent Document Processing, Computer Vision, and Conversational AI. You'll be empowered to lead proof-of-concepts, drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, and influence the organisation's AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and support AI and Machine Learning solutions within a production environment.
• Build and optimise Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Microsoft Power Platform solutions, Azure services, and existing business applications.
• Develop AI-driven reporting, forecasting, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Implement MLOps practices, including model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and model governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
• Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.
• Produce solution architecture documentation, technical guides, and operational support documentation.

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or AI-enabled solution development.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python development skills with experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Solid understanding of SQL, APIs, data pipelines, structured and unstructured data processing.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, MLOps, cloud deployment, and AI governance principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel when required.
