Assistant Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Front Office Manager with the daily management of the department.
• Lead, support and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures and accurate guest account management.
• Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor room allocations, reservations and Front Office operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies and procedures.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory or management role, preferably within a 4-Star or large hotel environment.
• Working experience on Opera PMS is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
