Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire Business Intelligence teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
  • Develop and drive BI strategies that support business goals and decision-making
  • Design, build, and optimise dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting and analytics requirements
  • Oversee data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across BI platforms
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and analytics capabilities
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate insights effectively
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and BI best practices

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience leading and developing BI teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI platforms
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple business functions
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends within the BI and data analytics space
