C# Developer

We are currently building our IT talent database and are looking to connect with experienced C# Developers for current and future opportunities. We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience in C#, .NET, SQL, API development and software application development. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain software applications using C# and .NET.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Write clean, scalable and maintainable code.

- Develop and optimise SQL queries and database solutions.

- Perform unit testing and support software quality initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and technical issues.

- Integrate applications with internal and external systems.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

- Collaborate with QA Testers, Business Analysts and Project Teams.

- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education

- BSc, BCom, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development or a related field will be advantageous.

- Relevant Microsoft certifications will be advantageous.

Experience

- 3+ years of software development experience.

- Strong experience developing applications using C# and .NET.

- Experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core.

- Experience developing REST APIs and web services.

- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Experience working with Git or other version control systems.

- Experience working within Agile and/or Scrum environments.

Skills

- C#.

- .NET / .NET Core.

- ASP.NET.

- REST APIs / Web Services.

- SQL / SQL Server.

- Entity Framework.

- Git.

- Object-Oriented Programming.

- HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be advantageous.

- Azure and/or AWS will be advantageous.
