THE OPPORTUNITY

Support the compliance function by helping ensure regulatory activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with applicable legislation and requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·Draft, review and update compliance policies, procedures, risk assessments and templates.

·Maintain accurate compliance records and registers for audits, inspections and internal reviews.

·Assist with audit reporting, compliance projects and remediation of identified gaps.

·Capture and review commission lodgements on Company and Xplan, liaising with the fees department.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

·At least 3 years’ administrative experience in a FAIS and FICA compliance environment.

·A relevant degree or tertiary qualification in risk, law or compliance; RE5 is advantageous.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience is a plus.

·Strong attention to detail, organisation, reliability, initiative and sound judgement.

·Hybrid flexibility: work from home one day a week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) after successful probation.
