Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Contract Management, Office Administration or a related field is advantageous.
- 2-3 years’ experience in contract administration or a similar administrative role.
- Experience in office automation, IT, telecommunications, solar, electrical or a technical services environment would be advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong administrative, organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
- Professional and confident when dealing with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
- Valid South African driver's licence would be advantageous
