Minimum requirements:

  • Own reliable transport
  • Willing to work overtime from time to time
  • Update the relevant policies and procedures
  • Troubleshooting, Good Fault finding and problem-solving skills
  • External customers Software Installation and Upgrades
  • Drafting Quotation
  • Offer first call resolution to client
  • Remote Diagnostic, Remote User Mobile Support
  • Meeting service targets and ability to work under pressure
  • Device management, good organizational skill - Must be able to plan and prioritize to ensure the most critical problems are attended to first
  • Familiar with remote applications such as ( TeamViewer, AnyDesk, MSP link, VNC) would be advantageous
