An established and fast-growing organisation within the retail and distribution sector is seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce & Digital Product Specialist to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy professional who is passionate about online commerce, customer experience, and digital product optimisation.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years' experience in an e-commerce, digital product, or digital marketing role.

Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online product catalogues.

Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics tools.

Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
