Join an established agricultural business where finance sits close to operations, inventory and profitability. This is a hands-on Financial Accountant role for someone who understands that good financial control starts with knowing exactly what is in the warehouse and what it is worth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full financial accounting function
  • Inventory control & stock reconciliations
  • Stock valuation and movement analysis
  • Month-end journals & reporting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Debtors & creditors oversight
  • VAT & statutory compliance
  • Financial controls & audit support
  • Analyse inventory variances and discrepancies
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • BCom Accounting / Finance
  • 3+ years’ Financial Accounting experience
  • Strong inventory control experience essential
  • Agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing or distribution experience advantageous
  • Stock reconciliation & valuation experience
  • Advanced Excel
  • ERP/accounting system experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
