Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Lead, manage, and develop a team of three finance professionals.
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
Monitor financial performance, profitability, costs, and variances.
Oversee debtors, creditors, working capital, and cash-flow management.
Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance.
Provide commercial financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Work closely with operational teams to identify efficiencies and improve business performance.
Remain hands-on and operationally involved in the day-to-day finance function.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced financial controls.
Present financial performance and recommendations to senior management.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

CA(SA) - Non-Negotiable

Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Financial Manager - Non-Negotiable.
Proven experience managing and developing a finance team.
Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing, or a related industry will be highly advantageous.
Strong experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls.
Experience within an SME or entrepreneurial environment will be advantageous.
Strong operational and commercial exposure.
