HR Services Team Lead

This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in HR operations, shared services, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operational service delivery across multiple regions and countries.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and HR administration.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and termination documentation while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners.
• Maintain and optimise HR systems, employee records, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and support HR team members while serving as a subject matter expert within the HR function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience within HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR administration environment.
• Strong experience managing onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
