Human Resources – Performance Management Lead

Our client is a highly successful, privately owned national business seeking a mature, experienced Human Resources professional with a strong passion for performance management and organisational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and driving effective performance management policies and practices across the business, while ensuring that line managers are fully equipped and supported to manage the process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage performance management policies, processes and practices.

• Equip and support line managers in effectively managing employee performance.

• Review and evaluate job descriptions to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with business requirements.

• Assess departmental headcounts in relation to productivity, workload and operational requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve organisational efficiency and employee productivity.

• Partner with management to ensure performance objectives are clear, measurable and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Relevant HR qualification.

• Solid HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management.

• Proven experience working with and advising line managers.

• Strong understanding of job evaluation, organisational structures and workforce productivity.

• Mature, confident and professional approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to operate independently while working effectively with senior management.
