Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Drive detailed product and operational costing analysis
• Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, and profitability trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Evaluate and monitor CAPEX projects and investment performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Develop financial models and business performance reports
• Partner with operations and production teams to improve efficiencies
• Assist with variance analysis and management reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Honours Degree advantageous
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in a Management Accounting role
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential
• Strong costing and inventory accounting experience
• Proven experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Exposure to CAPEX planning, reporting, and evaluation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering abilities
