Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout each project.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
• Manage procurement, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.
• Prepare project reports and communicate progress to clients and management.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and variation orders.
• Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality control and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' project management experience, preferably within the interior design, fit-out, construction, or commercial interiors industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, interior finishes, and project coordination.
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
