Quality Engineer

• Design, create, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using Playwright.
• Execute manual, functional, regression, smoke, and release testing activities.
• Investigate reported issues, recreate defects, and provide detailed feedback to development teams.
• Work closely with developers, Product Owners, stakeholders, and clients to ensure software meets business requirements.
• Improve QA processes, testing standards, test documentation, and overall quality practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to streamline workflows and improve testing efficiency.
• Support release readiness activities and quality sign-off processes.
• Document and track defects using Azure DevOps.

• Experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automated browser testing tools.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated test frameworks and test cases.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test management.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• SQL knowledge and experience within financial services, insurance, CRM, or business software environments will be advantageous.
