Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming telephone calls
• Screen and redirect calls to the appropriate person or department
• Take accurate messages and ensure prompt communication
• Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
• Respond to enquiries and provide appropriate assistance
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and visitors
• Manage the reception area professionally
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Receive and distribute incoming correspondence
• Provide general administrative support
• Assist with filing, data capturing, scanning, and other admin duties
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
• Assist with any other reasonable duties

Requirements

• A degree or relevant tertiary qualification
• Previous experience in reception or a similar role
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English
