Job Summary

The Specialist: Analyst role requires analysing and documenting system requirements, translating client needs, and collaborating with software development and quality assurance teams. The position involves feature design, defect management, quality verification, and solution handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and coordinate with stakeholders to establish project scope and requirements
• Develop and prioritize requirement specifications, data mapping, and diagrams
• Translate technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements and release notes
• Assist in quality verification and risk mitigation
• Present solutions to customers and promote knowledge sharing

Educational Qualifications

• Matric
• Appropriate IT Qualification

Professional Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (beneficial)

Years of Experience

3+ years of analysis experience with medical industry IT knowledge as an advantage.

Other Requirements

• SQL and database knowledge
• Understanding of web technologies and SDLC
• Knowledge of information security, cloud technologies, and healthcare systems
• Fluency in English with strong communication and organisational skills
