Technical Business Analyst (fully remote)

• Analyse business processes to identify optimisation and automation opportunities
• Gather, document, and validate detailed functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to translate requirements into solution designs
• Support the delivery of workflow automation, forms, and document management solutions (e.g., SharePoint, Nintex, K2, Power Platform, or equivalent)
• Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and requirements discovery sessions
• Map both as-is and to-be processes, supporting process re-engineering efforts
• Produce clear documentation, including user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment to ensure that solutions align with business objectives

Skills & Experience:

• Essential:
  • 3+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA on automation or digital transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of business process modelling and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files, and OpenText)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing priorities in a hybrid client-facing environment
  • Ability to identify and document data requirements, business logic, and domain-specific terminology in clear, accessible language
• Desirable:
  • Experience with iManage document management systems
  • Exposure to low-code or intelligent automation platforms
  • Understanding of systems integration, data flows, and interoperability
  • Experience in the legal sector
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices
  • Interest in Copilot Studio / Agentic AI (as a user or configurator)
