Minimum requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications would be advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent Mathematical knowledge to assist with quoting and calculations
  • Relevant exports knowledge into Africa

  • Sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotations.

  • Coordinating logistics and obtaining freight estimates.

  • Preparing Excel quotation spreadsheets and presentations.

  • Processing orders with clients and suppliers.

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders and inspection companies.

  • Coordinating exports and third-party inspections.

  • Preparing export documentation, including invoices and packing lists.

  • Obtaining shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Air Waybills.

  • Following up on outstanding issues and keeping clients updated on order status.

  • Preparing and maintaining stock reports.
