TheSenior Channel Partner Sales Rep role is responsibleforbusiness growth and collaboration with internal and external team and customers in order to achieve company's objectives

This positionreports to theSEA General Manager andis part of theSoutheast Asia Commercial team is based in Thailand and willbeworkingremotelywith as required meetings/trainings in the main office.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Defining, developing, and executing short- and long-term sales strategies to sustain continuous growth in the responsible market, including sales forecast and sales funnel management and periodic business reporting.
• Managing an efficient dealer and channel partner network, setting relevant targets and quotas, and continually monitoring performance and forecast accuracy throughout the year to ensure CP are meeting or exceeding booking and revenue goals
• Collaborating closely with technical support, marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales execution.
• Developing the clinical and life sciences market through workflow- and product knowledge-driven value selling and providing strategic input into short- and long-term business planning.
• Ensuring quality of work and compliance with all applicable local government laws and regulations & maintaining Salesforce.com funnel management, forecast accuracy, and target achievement

The essential requirements for the job include :

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent science discipline.
• Work experience between 5-9 years with a Bachelor Degree or at least 3 years for a holder of Master’s degreein the life sciences sector. A demonstrated track record of building and managing relationships with dealers or channel partners.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) for sales funnel and forecast management, along with advanced MS Office and Excel/Power BI skills.
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills in local language and English, with the ability to translate market and product strategy into an executable, value-based sales plan.
• Able to travel internationally up to 10% for training and business meetings.
