Analista de sistemas de automação – Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Sistemas de Automação - Sênior based in Brazil.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a technology professional focused on infrastructure automation and systems management. You will work with modern automation practices to improve the reliability, consistency, and scalability of enterprise environments. The role combines hands-on expertise in Ansible, Red Hat technologies, virtualization, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code. You will also contribute to automation development using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and automated testing frameworks. Working with CI/CD, Git, containers, and structured configuration formats, you will help modernize operational processes and reduce manual effort. This is a fully remote position suited to professionals who enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges and continuously improving technology environments.

Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Administer and automate environments based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Satellite, ensuring stability, consistency, and efficient system management.
• Work with VMware virtualization environments and contribute to the automation and optimization of virtualized infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain configuration-management solutions using Puppet and other automation technologies.
• Create automation scripts and tools using Python and PowerShell to streamline infrastructure and operational processes.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using YAML, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Develop and execute automated tests for infrastructure and automation solutions using frameworks such as Pytest or Pester.
• Manage source code and collaborative development workflows using Git, including merge and rebase operations.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automation delivery through platforms such as GitLab or GitHub.
• Work with Linux and Windows Server environments, as well as container technologies such as Docker or Podman.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in infrastructure processes, automation standards, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid senior-level experience in systems administration, infrastructure automation, DevOps, or a closely related technology area.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Ansible, with a solid understanding of automation and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Satellite.
• Practical knowledge of VMware virtualization environments and Puppet configuration management.
• Experience administering Linux and/or Windows Server operating systems.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python and PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of YAML, JSON, and REST APIs for automation and systems integration.
• Experience with automated testing for infrastructure or automation code, preferably using Pytest or Pester.
• Intermediate Git knowledge, including merge and rebase workflows, as well as experience with CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with GitLab or GitHub for source control and continuous integration is preferred.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Podman, including Dockerfile creation and management.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong attention to quality, reliability, and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
