You will work directly with enterprise teams to understand their operations, identify high-impact opportunities for AI, and build solutions tailored to real-world needs. Operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer delivery, you will own projects from discovery and prototyping through production deployment. You will work with APIs, integrations, data flows, distributed systems, and AI agents while making pragmatic technical decisions. After launch, you will use real-world data and business outcomes to measure performance and continuously improve solutions. Accountabilities:
- Embed directly with customers to understand their workflows, operational constraints, technical environments, and measures of success.
- Translate loosely defined business and operational challenges into clear technical plans, architectures, prototypes, and production-ready systems.
- Design and build AI agents that integrate with customer tools, data sources, APIs, and business processes.
- Own deployments end to end, from initial prototype and testing through production launch, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Work with real-world customer data to validate solutions, evaluate performance, measure business outcomes, and iterate based on evidence.
- Make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs across architecture, reliability, development speed, maintainability, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve the underlying platform based on insights gained through customer deployments.
- Identify patterns and lessons across customer implementations and turn them into reusable tools, technical patterns, workflows, and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with both technical and operational stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout project delivery.
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and create structure, momentum, and practical solutions without relying on fully defined specifications.
- 0-1 year of experience building software, developing technical solutions, or solving complex engineering problems.
- Strong foundations in software architecture, system design, programming, and production engineering principles.
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.
- Ability to approach ambiguous technical or business problems with structure, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset focused on delivering working solutions rather than over-engineering.
- Confidence communicating directly with customers and stakeholders, ranging from operational teams to technical specialists.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Genuine curiosity about applied AI and an interest in how emerging AI technologies can transform business operations.
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles is a plus.
- Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, conversational systems, or similar AI-powered applications is desirable.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, reliability, and production AI systems is an advantage.
- Experience deploying and improving software within complex enterprise environments is a plus.
