This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Testes - Crédito 2 | CSC based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for an experienced QA professional to help strengthen software quality within a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

You will plan, design, execute, and document manual and automated tests across web applications and APIs.

The role combines hands-on testing with a strategic focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with development and multidisciplinary teams to identify defects, validate releases, and improve engineering practices.

Your analysis will help ensure reliable software delivery while supporting performance, stability, and customer value.

The position offers exposure to agile methodologies, automation, databases, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.

Accountabilities

• Champion a culture of software quality, care, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and transparency across the team.
• Plan, prepare, and execute functional and non-functional tests for software releases.
• Create and execute manual and automated test scenarios for web applications and APIs.
• Develop and maintain progressive and regression test plans to validate new versions and protect existing functionality.
• Define, review, and validate test scenarios for each new release or feature.
• Document bugs and test cases clearly, providing the information required for effective investigation and resolution.
• Create and maintain quality documentation, including test strategies, test plans, and test evidence reports.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, delivery risks, quality issues, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
• Participate actively in team ceremonies and meetings focused on deadlines, priorities, and delivery planning.
• Work closely with software developers to identify opportunities for improving testing and development processes.
• Promote knowledge exchange, collaboration, and transparency across the team.
• Use test management, defect tracking, version control, and automation tools to support consistent quality practices.

Requirements

• Degree completed or currently being pursued from the 4th semester onward in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Test Analyst or in a comparable software quality role.
• Practical experience with functional and non-functional software testing.
• Experience using test and defect management tools.
• Experience developing scripts for automated software testing, with the ability to create and maintain automation suites.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or database scripting languages such as T-SQL or PL/pgSQL.
• Experience with Git for source-code control and versioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate risks, defects, and technical findings clearly.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, combined with a hands-on approach to testing and problem-solving.
• Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud is desirable.
• Experience in the financial services sector, software testing certifications such as CTFL or CTAL, Docker, DevOps/NoOps practices, Jenkins, and programming logic are valuable differentiators.
