- Develop custom Python connectors and automation for data sources that are not natively supported, ensuring scalable and reliable movement of data from source systems through to reporting.
- Build and maintain CRM data integrations with platforms such as Slate, Salesforce, and HubSpot, ensuring lead, enrollment, and customer information flows accurately into the central data warehouse.
- Manage Google BigQuery as the core data warehouse, designing efficient schemas for complex multi-source marketing data and optimizing partitioning, clustering, storage, query performance, and associated costs.
- Develop modular, version-controlled, and documented SQL transformation pipelines using dbt or Dataform, establishing standardized naming conventions, mappings, and metric definitions across channels and clients.
- Maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and automated testing to support reliable, version-controlled data releases and robust development practices.
- Design and maintain strict data segregation across multiple client environments, protecting data integrity and ensuring appropriate separation of datasets and reporting structures.

- Partner with Data & Analytics leadership and client-facing teams to translate reporting requirements, business questions, and marketing KPIs into scalable warehouse models and reliable reporting solutions.
- Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot API failures and data discrepancies, reduce data latency, and implement validation frameworks and automated tests to continuously improve data quality.
- Investigate data issues across source systems, warehouse transformations, and BI layers to identify root causes and proactively communicate data quality risks to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the evolution of AI and machine-learning capabilities within marketing data infrastructure, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, forecasting, and automated audience or workflow optimization.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, ideally within a marketing, advertising, analytics, or agency environment.

- Experience structuring and optimizing data models to support performant Looker Studio dashboards and automated reporting workflows.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development practices, including version control, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
- Proven ability to manage data across multiple clients while maintaining strict data segregation, security, consistency, and reliability.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and growth-minded approach, with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving technical issues.
