In this role, you will support clients across different tax regimes, including Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido, and Simples Nacional.

You will take ownership of accounting closings, documentation, deadlines, and client communication, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Accountabilities:

• Accounting consulting: Provide general accounting consulting to clients, understanding their needs and offering clear, practical guidance on accounting routines, requirements, and potential solutions.
• Client relationship management: Participate in meetings with clients throughout the week, maintaining strong professional relationships and communicating accounting matters clearly to both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.
• Accounting closings: Perform and oversee accounting closing activities, particularly for companies under the Lucro Real regime, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Tax regime expertise: Support accounting activities for companies operating under Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido, and Simples Nacional regimes, adapting processes and analysis according to each client's context.
• Documentation management: Organize and review accounting documentation required for closing activities, identifying missing information and coordinating with clients to obtain the necessary materials.
• Deadlines and follow-up: Establish clear deadlines with clients, communicate expected delivery dates, and proactively follow up to ensure accounting activities are completed on schedule.
• Quality and organization: Maintain well-organized accounting routines and documentation while ensuring that deliverables meet appropriate standards of accuracy, reliability, and professionalism.
• Stakeholder communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders, including non-accounting partners or business owners, translating technical accounting matters into accessible language.

Requirements

• Professional experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience working with accounting office routines, with strong practical knowledge of accounting operations and client service.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, with postgraduate education considered an advantage.
• Accounting knowledge: Solid experience with accounting processes and closings across Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido, and Simples Nacional.
• Excel proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and work efficiently with accounting and financial information.
• Accounting systems: Familiarity with systems such as Domínio and SCI is considered a strong advantage.
• Organization: Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to manage documentation, deadlines, multiple clients, and competing priorities with accuracy and consistency.
• Proactivity: Strong initiative and a proactive approach to identifying issues, following up with clients, and ensuring accounting activities progress without unnecessary delays.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities, coordinate activities, and provide direction when required.
• Client relationship skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and business stakeholders.
• Business communication: Ability to explain accounting concepts and requirements clearly to clients and non-accounting professionals, adapting communication to different levels of technical knowledge.
