Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Operations QA Analyst based in United Kingdom.

As a Content Operations QA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that ocean freight data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. You’ll work with detailed contracts, rate sheets, tariffs, and surcharges, carefully comparing source documents with processed data. Your attention to detail will directly influence the quality of information customers rely on when quoting and managing freight. You’ll collaborate with international vendor partners to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurring errors. The role also offers opportunities to use AI tools to make quality assurance workflows faster and more effective. You’ll join a remote-first, international, feedback-driven environment where ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Accountabilities

    • Quality-check ocean freight contracts, rates, and surcharges populated by partners and AI systems, validating every entry against source rate sheets and tariffs.
    • Process a consistent queue of contracts accurately and efficiently while following established QA procedures and documenting completed checks.
    • Develop a strong understanding of ocean freight rates, contracts, and surcharges to identify inconsistencies and unusual data.
    • Detect, investigate, and correct data errors before they reach customers, maintaining high standards of accuracy across the ocean content set.
    • Communicate clearly with international vendor partners when corrections are required and follow issues through to resolution.
    • Identify recurring error patterns and contribute to improvements in QA processes, controls, guidelines, and documentation.
    • Use AI tools to streamline and strengthen quality assurance workflows, with opportunities to contribute to the development of new AI-supported processes.
    • Maintain structured, consistent, and high-quality master data across the ocean freight content portfolio.
    • Take ownership of assigned cases and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and data quality.
    • Requirements:

      • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify small discrepancies in complex, structured information.
      • Strong concentration and consistency when working through detailed documentation and high-volume workflows.
      • Fluent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with international partners and colleagues.
      • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, combined with an interest in working with structured data.
      • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and maintain accuracy with minimal supervision.
      • Comfortable working in structured, high-volume operational environments where data quality is critical.
      • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity or complete professional tasks; experience building AI-supported solutions is a strong advantage.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
      • A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset and willingness to experiment with new approaches and tools.
      • Experience in ocean or air freight, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, NVOCC operations, or carrier operations is a valuable advantage.
      • Data-driven thinking, sound judgment, and the confidence to raise issues and support recommendations with evidence.
      • Benefits:

        • €650 home-office budget to support your desk, chair, monitor, and other remote-work equipment.
        • 24 paid vacation days in addition to local public holidays and applicable special leave.
        • Access to co-working spaces worldwide through a dedicated partner network.
        • Regular company-wide offsites and opportunities to connect with colleagues in person.
        • Remote-first working environment with flexibility to work from locations where the organization can employ through its employment partner.
        • International and collaborative team environment with opportunities to work across cultures and geographies.
        • Positive, feedback-driven culture that encourages ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
        • Opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics, structured data, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
