Creative Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist based in Germany.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who combines strategic thinking with strong graphic design and motion skills.

You’ll lead creative communication and deliver high-quality visual assets for fast-paced advertising campaigns.

The role offers the chance to shape creative angles, translate concepts into compelling ads, and influence campaign performance.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Performance data will play a key role in refining creative direction and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident working in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

This role is particularly suited to someone with experience creating impactful work for consumer packaged goods (CPG) audiences.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative communication, coordination, and work delivery, primarily through Slack.
• Help translate advertising concepts into compelling creative angles aligned with campaign objectives.
• Develop high-quality static designs and motion graphics for a range of advertising campaigns.
• Review advertising performance reports and turn insights into clear, actionable creative recommendations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks early, and proactively communicate issues before they affect delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work is delivered consistently, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Track performance data, identify emerging trends, and adapt creative strategies based on results.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing Creative Strategist role.
• 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced CPG environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design work created for US-based CPG brands.
• Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect creative execution with advertising performance.
• Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, prioritize competing demands, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent, C-level English communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong project management capabilities.
• Availability to work full-time with working hours aligned to EST.
• Experience working with oral care or similar consumer products is a plus.
