This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sourcing Specialist based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote opportunity to own the top of the recruiting funnel for a wide range of legal and non-legal staffing roles supporting U.S. law firms. You will combine inbound recruitment marketing with proactive outbound sourcing to build strong, qualified candidate pipelines. The role involves writing and optimizing job advertisements, managing recruitment channels, analyzing performance metrics, and running targeted headhunting campaigns. You will use modern sourcing tools and techniques to reach both active applicants and high-quality passive candidates. Working closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders, you will ensure sourcing strategies remain focused on each role's specific requirements. The position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and direct impact in a fast-moving international environment. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sourcing professional who enjoys building talent pipelines and continuously improving recruitment performance.
Accountabilities:
- Own the top of the recruiting funnel for legal and non-legal staffing roles, covering both inbound and outbound candidate acquisition.
- Write, refine, and continuously improve job advertisements to strengthen positioning and candidate conversion.
- Manage job postings across relevant job boards and recruitment channels, ensuring advertisements remain accurate, current, and effective.
- Track job-site performance metrics, including views, applications, conversion rates, and cost or quality indicators where applicable.
- Analyze recruitment channel performance and determine where to increase investment or reduce effort based on results.
- Manage and promote the employee referral program, tracking submissions and maintaining it as an active source of qualified candidates.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates for legal staffing positions, building outbound pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
- Use JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns for urgent, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
- Qualify and engage candidates at the initial stage by assessing fit, availability, and interest before transitioning candidates to the recruiting team.
- Continuously refine outreach messaging, sourcing methods, and channels based on conversion and candidate engagement.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements, priorities, and must-have qualifications.
- Explore referral networks, niche communities, professional groups, job boards, and direct outreach channels to identify strong talent.
- Maintain momentum across multiple searches and postings while responding quickly to changing hiring priorities.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing or headhunting, with demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for fully remote positions.
- Direct experience writing job advertisements, managing job-board postings, and tracking recruitment marketing or sourcing performance metrics.
- Proven success running proactive outbound sourcing campaigns and cold outreach to candidates who are not actively applying.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and X-ray search techniques.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, particularly the ability to write compelling and clear job advertisements and outreach messages.
- Ability to work full-time on a U.S.-hours schedule while working remotely from Brazil.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent searches, campaigns, and job postings without losing momentum.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing sourcing pipelines and recruitment activity.
- Previous experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are advantageous.
