This fully remote role puts you at the center of the customer experience, supporting North American clients with reliable and empathetic service.
You will act as a primary point of contact, resolving inquiries related to secure storage, information management, and logistics solutions.
Your work will help clients maintain smooth, secure, and uninterrupted business operations.
You will investigate complaints and complex service issues while providing thoughtful, solution-oriented support.
By proactively understanding customer needs, you will identify practical solutions and personalized service adjustments.

Accountabilities
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about secure storage, information management, and logistics services.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for North American clients, delivering professional, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service disruptions, and complex inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Diagnose customer issues, determine appropriate solutions, and follow through to ensure effective resolution.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend personalized service adjustments or solutions where appropriate.
- Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions within CRM systems to maintain complete and current client records.
- Manage competing requests effectively while maintaining responsiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote customer service environment focused on reliable client experiences.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, customer care, or a call center/contact center environment.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex customer issues and apply critical thinking to develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to provide empathetic and professional customer support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- A customer-focused, patient, and solution-oriented approach to handling inquiries and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Availability to work within an 8:00 AM-8:00 PM scheduling window.
- $22.00/hour hourly rate.
- Reasonably expected salary range of $39,800-$49,700 per year.
- Fully remote position available anywhere in Canada.
