This is a fully remote, non-voice role focused on reviewing and validating vaccination and immunization records within background screening and healthcare compliance operations.
You will carefully assess submitted documentation to confirm completeness, accuracy, validity, and compliance with defined requirements.
Your work will help ensure that screening records meet client, regulatory, and program-specific standards.
The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and consistent accuracy when handling sensitive information.
You will work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and escalate complex or exceptional cases when needed.

Accountabilities
- Review vaccination and immunization records submitted by applicants, healthcare providers, and authorized agencies.
- Validate documentation against client requirements, regulatory standards, and program-specific criteria.
- Assess records for completeness, accuracy, validity, and compliance.
- Identify missing, expired, incomplete, or non-compliant vaccination information and take the appropriate action.
- Update and maintain vaccination and immunization records accurately within internal screening systems.
- Perform detailed data entry and document review while maintaining complete records of outcomes.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure consistently high levels of accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- Meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TATs), productivity goals, and quality targets.
- Escalate complex, incomplete, or exception cases to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow applicable data privacy, healthcare, and information-security requirements.
- Apply established procedures consistently while working efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Minimum qualification of HSC or graduation in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a U.S.-focused process is mandatory.
- Experience in background verification, healthcare administration, medical records review, document verification, or compliance operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of document validation and verification processes.
- Ability to accurately review and interpret vaccination and immunization documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
- Good written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems.
