Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Regional Education Partnerships based in the United States.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on expanding partnerships across the U.S. K-12 education ecosystem.

You will build a national network of regional education organizations that can extend customer success and support capabilities.

The role directly influences adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term value for school districts and educational communities.

You will work across Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, Education, and Sales to create scalable partnership models.

Success will depend on your ability to build trusted executive relationships and turn them into measurable customer and business outcomes.

The position combines strategy, partner enablement, cross-functional leadership, and growth-oriented collaboration.

With occasional travel of approximately 15-20%, this remote role offers broad visibility and meaningful impact across the education technology landscape.

Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute a national strategy for partnerships with Regional Education Service Organizations (RESOs), aligning programs with customer success, retention, adoption, and growth objectives.
    • Identify, prioritize, cultivate, and manage strategic relationships with regional education organizations across the United States, including BOCES, Intermediate Units, Educational Service Centers, Area Education Agencies, technology cooperatives, and similar organizations.
    • Establish partnership frameworks, operating models, governance processes, standards, and success metrics based on strategic value, influence, customer reach, and engagement.
    • Serve as executive sponsor for key regional partnerships and build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the education ecosystem.
    • Leverage regional partnerships to increase customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and retention while reducing friction and expanding local support capabilities.
    • Develop programs that enable partners to provide localized onboarding, training, enablement, customer advocacy, and ongoing support.
    • Create certification, training, and enablement programs that ensure partners have the knowledge and resources required to effectively support customers.
    • Collaborate with Professional Services, Education Services, Product Management, Support, and Customer Success teams to develop scalable partner resources and knowledge-sharing models.
    • Act as the internal voice of the regional education partner community, ensuring partner insights inform product, service, support, and customer experience priorities.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives and facilitate alignment between internal teams and strategic external partners, influencing investment and partnership priorities without relying on direct authority.
    • Partner with Sales leadership to identify district expansion, consortium, referral, co-selling, and new customer acquisition opportunities where appropriate.
    • Support go-to-market initiatives involving state, regional, and consortium-led opportunities while ensuring commercial growth follows naturally from strong customer and partner relationships.
    • Establish and monitor measures such as gross and net revenue retention, customer satisfaction, adoption, customer health, support burden, escalation rates, partner engagement, certification, partner-influenced revenue, referrals, and expansion within partner-served districts.
    • Use partner and customer insights to continuously improve partnership maturity, service delivery, and overall customer outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of leadership experience in K-12 education, education technology, customer success, professional services, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
      • Demonstrated success developing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships with measurable customer or business impact.
      • Deep understanding of the U.S. K-12 education landscape and its stakeholders.
      • Experience working with educational service agencies, regional education organizations, state departments of education, school districts, or comparable institutions.
      • Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment without direct authority.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
      • Experience with BOCES, Intermediate Units, ESCs, AEAs, RESAs, ISDs, COEs, educational cooperatives, or similar organizations is strongly preferred.
      • Experience in SaaS customer success, implementation services, support, channel partnerships, or partner enablement is advantageous.
      • Familiarity with K-12 technology solutions such as student information systems, ERP, special programs, HR, talent management, analytics, or related platforms is a plus.
      • Experience designing partner certification, training, or enablement programs is preferred.
      • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, combined with a customer-first mindset and the ability to translate relationships into measurable outcomes.
      • Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented leadership style with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
      • Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% for partner meetings, customer engagements, training, team summits, company events, and other key business activities, with increased travel during peak periods when required.
      • Benefits:

        • Estimated U.S. base salary range of $121,900-$181,900, with compensation determined by factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage.
        • Life insurance and AD&D coverage.
        • Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.
        • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
        • Comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan.
        • Generous parental leave.
        • Unrestricted paid time off through a discretionary time-off program.
        • Wellness benefits, including ClassPass and an Employee Assistance Program.
        • Tuition reimbursement.
        • Optional benefits including pet insurance, identity theft protection, student debt repayment assistance, and prepaid legal coverage.
        • Remote work environment with opportunities to collaborate across a broad national education ecosystem.
        • Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity, and belonging.
