Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an eCommerce Marketing Specialist based in the United States.

This role offers an opportunity to help grow a developing eCommerce business across major retail and marketplace channels. You’ll support digital growth initiatives that enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and online conversion. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Brand, agencies, and retail partners, you’ll help bring product launches and promotional campaigns to life. The position combines hands-on execution with performance analysis, giving you visibility into both digital marketing and commercial strategy. You’ll also help optimize product content, search visibility, imagery, and digital merchandising across key online channels. It’s an ideal opportunity for a digitally minded marketer who enjoys collaboration, ownership, and working in a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Support the development and execution of eCommerce growth initiatives across key retailer and marketplace channels.
    • Manage day-to-day activities with assigned retail partners, coordinating product content updates, promotions, launches, and issue resolution.
    • Optimize product descriptions, imagery, search visibility, and digital merchandising to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
    • Help plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal programs, and retailer-specific marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Brand teams.
    • Monitor eCommerce channel performance and analyze relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that can strengthen digital sales and overall business results.
    • Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Brand, and eCommerce teams as well as agencies and external retail partners to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.
    • Coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support the ongoing development of eCommerce capabilities, processes, and best practices as the digital business evolves.
    • Contribute to additional marketing, eCommerce, and commercial initiatives or special projects as business needs arise.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
      • 2-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, sales support, or a related discipline.
      • Experience working with retailer portals, eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, product content management systems, or related technologies is preferred.
      • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.
      • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional and remote/hybrid environment.
      • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and ownership when approaching new challenges and evolving priorities.
      • Customer-focused approach and ability to understand digital shopper needs and translate insights into effective eCommerce initiatives.
      • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% for customer events, trade shows, job sites, and other business activities.
      • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and meet the physical requirements associated with occasional customer and job-site environments, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive salary of approximately $70,000-$80,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
        • Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely and in person as appropriate.
        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
        • Retirement savings plans.
        • Paid time off.
        • Parental leave.
        • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
        • Opportunities to gain broad experience across eCommerce, digital marketing, Sales, Brand Management, and retailer partnerships.
        • Exposure to major retail partners and established brands within the construction and home improvement industry.
        • Entrepreneurial and collaborative work culture that encourages autonomy, ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
        • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of an evolving eCommerce capability and directly influence digital business performance.
