This role is an opportunity to drive regional market development and marketing strategies for agricultural specialty products, with a strong focus on customer value and commercial growth. You will help shape and execute initiatives that strengthen product positioning, generate demand, and build meaningful relationships with customers and partners. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across technical events, sales enablement, commercial campaigns, and communication initiatives. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are relevant, competitive, and aligned with business objectives. The role also offers exposure to project and people management, market development, and consultative sales support. Based in Rio Verde, Goiás, it is suited to an agribusiness professional who enjoys connecting technical expertise with market opportunities.

Accountabilities:

• Plan, develop, monitor, and implement regional marketing strategies, including incentive plans, demand-generation programs, customer relationship initiatives, and other activities aligned with the market plan and allocated budget for agricultural specialty products.
• Support and monitor the execution of marketing strategies for specialty agricultural products, particularly gypsum, covering technical events, marketing collateral, consultative sales tools, commercial campaigns, and portfolio communication initiatives.
• Develop and support initiatives designed to promote, position, and strengthen products across different markets, ensuring strategic consistency, competitive relevance, and value creation for customers and partners.
• Coordinate and follow up on market development projects and regional initiatives, helping translate strategic objectives into practical commercial and marketing actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with regional market needs and business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering or a related agricultural field.
• Previous professional experience in market development, preferably within agribusiness, agricultural inputs, specialty products, or related markets.
• Knowledge of project and process management, with the ability to organize initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor execution.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in people management and collaboration across different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, combined with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience using Power BI for reporting, analysis, and business insights.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Willingness to be based in Rio Verde, Goiás, nearby areas, or relocate to the region.
