Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager based in United States.

This role serves as a strategic finance partner, providing the insights and analysis needed to support informed business decisions.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across a complex multi-state and multi-program environment.

The position combines strong financial expertise with close collaboration across operational and business functions.

You will translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations that help teams identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Your work will support strategic initiatives including technology investments, program expansion, pricing decisions, and organizational growth.

The role also offers the opportunity to improve reporting processes, automate analysis, and strengthen scalable finance systems.

It is well suited to an analytical and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business action.
