This is a growth-focused opportunity within a global, fully remote Web3 environment built around decentralized technology and community adoption.

You will help expand an international community of users, developers, advocates, and enthusiasts across the broader DeFi, NFT, and gaming ecosystem.

The role combines community engagement, brand advocacy, strategic networking, and relationship building across highly active digital channels.

You will work closely with ecosystem stakeholders and influential community members to amplify campaigns and strengthen brand visibility.

A major part of the role involves maintaining an energetic presence across platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.

You will help turn community interest into sustained engagement by sharing timely updates, creating meaningful connections, and supporting advocates.

Accountabilities:

• Act as an enthusiastic brand advocate across the DeFi, NFT, gaming, and broader Web3 ecosystems, actively participating in relevant conversations and helping strengthen the brand’s presence across online communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, thought leaders, developers, community members, and other influential figures to support growth initiatives, strengthen campaigns, and communicate the ecosystem’s value effectively.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prominent advocates and supporters within the ecosystem, helping them amplify their contributions and align their efforts with broader brand and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain a dynamic international community of users, developers, fans, and ecosystem participants across multiple digital platforms and communication channels.
• Maintain an active and consistent presence across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant platforms, keeping community members engaged through timely updates, conversations, announcements, and exclusive insights.
• Support growth campaigns and community initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase visibility, engagement, participation, and long-term community loyalty.
• Help communicate the ecosystem’s story in a fun, approachable, and authentic way, adapting messaging and engagement strategies to different audiences and online communities.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a strong personal interest in Web3 and a genuine enthusiasm for areas such as decentralized finance, NFTs, gaming, blockchain technology, and emerging digital ecosystems.
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage naturally with community members, advocates, thought leaders, developers, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Be comfortable operating across community and social platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, with an understanding of how to build authentic engagement in digital-first communities.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain international communities, foster meaningful connections, and turn online engagement into sustained participation.
• Bring strong networking instincts and the confidence to initiate conversations, build relationships, and represent a Web3 ecosystem publicly.
• Be highly proactive, energetic, and self-directed, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and community engagement without requiring constant direction.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical or ecosystem-related ideas in an accessible, engaging, and approachable manner.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment where priorities can evolve quickly and initiative is highly valued.
• Demonstrate sound judgment when representing a brand publicly and interacting with diverse online communities and external stakeholders.
