A key focus will be enabling Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that provide agents with relevant business knowledge and context.
You’ll collaborate directly with client teams and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-oriented solutions.

Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate business processes.
- Develop and maintain Java-based components and integrations supporting AI-driven business solutions.
- Connect intelligent agents to internal systems and enterprise data through REST APIs, Java, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Implement integrations with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and corporate data sources to support RAG-based solutions.
- Transform simple conversational workflows into intelligent agents capable of executing complex operational tasks end to end.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions that improve automation, efficiency, and user experiences.
- Collaborate directly with client teams and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define appropriate technical approaches.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution, integration, and improvement of AI-powered applications and agents.
- Apply sound software engineering, integration, and development practices to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions.
- Solid professional experience with Java development.
- Hands-on experience creating, configuring, and publishing intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and consumption.
- Experience with Power Automate and Azure services for application and workflow integration.
- Practical experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies such as SharePoint and Microsoft Graph.
- Understanding of corporate data sources and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, practical, and automated technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand both technical and business contexts.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable.
- Microsoft or AI-related certifications are considered a plus.
- Knowledge of additional automation tools and AI frameworks is desirable.
