This is a fully remote opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment. You will play a key role in expanding the client base by connecting with medical practices, healthcare institutions, and other organizations. The role combines outbound prospecting, relationship building, lead generation, and sales conversion. You will engage directly with decision-makers, understand their needs, and communicate solutions clearly and persuasively. Accountabilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, medical practices, healthcare administrators, and other organizations to introduce relevant products or services and identify qualified opportunities.
- Generate leads, nurture prospective relationships, and convert opportunities into new business through structured, consultative phone-based sales conversations.
- Present offerings confidently, understand prospect needs, respond effectively to objections, and adapt messaging to different organizations and stakeholders.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, demonstrations, and other next steps with healthcare professionals, administrators, and organizational decision-makers.
- Follow established sales scripts, playbooks, and outreach processes while using sound judgment to tailor conversations to each prospect's context.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, documenting call outcomes, prospect information, follow-up actions, and next steps.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for both inbound and outbound phone inquiries, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical, corporate, and institutional contacts to support long-term partnerships and identify additional outreach opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication around deliverables, timelines, expectations, and client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined call-volume, lead-generation, conversion, and sales targets while maintaining high-quality interactions.
- Handle client and prospect information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA where relevant.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound sales, business development, or another phone-based customer or client engagement role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, confident, professional, and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, and organizational leaders.
- Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and motivation when working in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and priorities efficiently.
- Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and communicate value effectively during live sales conversations.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and accurately documenting interactions, outcomes, and follow-up activities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining accountable for activity and performance targets.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, although equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience working with healthcare organizations or medical practices is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, scripts, or established sales playbooks is beneficial.
