Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Business Manager based in the United States.

This remote sales leadership role focuses on building strategic partnerships and accelerating revenue through a strong channel ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, developing joint business plans that drive pipeline, profitability, market share, and sustainable growth. The position combines strategic account management, channel development, forecasting, and consultative technology selling. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, product, finance, and other specialists to create differentiated solutions for partner customers. Success requires a data-driven approach, strong executive relationships, and the ability to influence outcomes across organizations. The role offers broad commercial scope, significant ownership, and the opportunity to shape how technology solutions reach customers through an evolving partner ecosystem.
