Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PCT Lead - Injectable Inspection based in the United States.

This leadership role oversees people, technology, resources, and operational activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will help ensure injectable products meet demanding standards for quality, compliance, safety, cost, and delivery.

The position combines people leadership with technical and operational oversight, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with quality, production, procurement, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain reliable supply and audit readiness.

The role offers meaningful opportunities to solve complex problems, improve processes, and introduce innovative approaches to manufacturing operations.

You will also develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and structured development plans.

Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, this is an on-site position with occasional weekend, shutdown, and holiday coverage.

      • Experience forecasting resource needs, setting objectives, and supporting operational planning is preferred.
      • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, including the ability to identify appropriate use cases and understand responsible AI practices, risk management, and ethical use.
