Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Consultant based in Brazil.

As a Recruitment Marketing Consultant, you will develop and optimize integrated campaigns designed to attract and engage high-quality talent across diverse markets. You will combine recruitment marketing, media strategy, campaign management, and data-driven optimization to create measurable impact for clients. The role offers broad exposure across paid media, candidate experience, campaign performance, and operational improvement. You will work closely with account, brand, technology, and Candidate Generation teams while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset, creative communication, and a focus on return on investment across marketing channels. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and change programs that continuously improve recruitment marketing capabilities. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where new ideas and technologies can be translated into practical talent acquisition solutions.

Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute integrated recruitment marketing campaigns designed to attract and engage jobseekers while improving operational and business outcomes.
    • Plan, manage, and optimize media strategies across multiple channels, ensuring effective allocation of campaign and business-as-usual budgets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, internal stakeholders, clients, and external agencies.
    • Manage campaign implementation, tracking, measurement, and continuous optimization, with a strong focus on ROI and performance.
    • Continuously improve media publishing capabilities, processes, and recruitment marketing practices.
    • Develop candidate experiences that align with client operational requirements and recruitment objectives.
    • Brief, coordinate, and oversee internal and external agency partners to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
    • Produce regular campaign performance reports, including web analytics, KPI evaluation, and actionable recommendations.
    • Use campaign data and performance insights to refine existing initiatives and inform the development of future campaigns.
    • Collaborate with Account, Brand, Technology, and Candidate Generation teams on strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to long-term client partnerships.
    • Identify emerging technologies, ideas, and marketing approaches that can be translated into practical solutions for complex recruitment environments.
    • Requirements

      • 2-3+ years of commercial marketing experience, ideally gained within an agency, RPO, in-house, or similarly fast-paced environment.
      • Demonstrated experience creating and executing effective marketing strategies, improving processes, and supporting the implementation of new technologies.
      • Hands-on experience with media strategy, media planning, and media buying.
      • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior internal and external partners.
      • Experience delivering clear, concise, and creative communications across multiple channels and formats.
      • Strong project management skills, particularly the ability to manage complex initiatives with changing priorities and parameters.
      • Ability to translate new ideas, technologies, and market developments into tangible solutions and measurable outcomes.
      • Experience with digital marketing and omnichannel marketing approaches is a plus.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and use insights to improve performance.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Fluent English is essential.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively within complex, matrix-based organizations involving multiple brands, markets, teams, and locations.
      • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with distributed stakeholders.
      • Willingness to work standard Monday-to-Friday business hours aligned with Central or Eastern time zones.
      • Benefits

        • Fully remote work setup.
        • Opportunity to work across recruitment marketing, media strategy, candidate generation, and talent acquisition.
        • Broad exposure to integrated campaigns, digital marketing, media optimization, analytics, and emerging technologies.
        • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams spanning account management, brand, technology, marketing, and recruitment.
        • Exposure to diverse clients, markets, brands, and complex talent acquisition environments.
        • Opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement projects.
        • Scope to build relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
        • Opportunity to develop expertise in data-driven campaign optimization and performance measurement.
        • Dynamic environment that encourages ownership, innovation, and the practical application of new ideas.
