Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Manager based in Australia.

Lead a high-performing sales team and shape the growth of an established-home resale business across Queensland’s lifestyle communities.

You’ll oversee a team of 9-10 sales professionals, creating clarity, building capability, and driving sustainable commercial performance.

The role combines people leadership, sales strategy, customer engagement, and strong commercial decision-making.

You’ll build trusted relationships with homeowners while developing a healthy listings pipeline and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Working across office, community, and remote environments, you’ll stay closely connected to your team and the communities you support.

With regular travel between the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, you’ll have a visible role in the customer experience and day-to-day sales operation.

This is an opportunity to lead with purpose while contributing to the continued growth of a nationally expanding lifestyle communities business.
