This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations based in United States.
As a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will lead the systems, data, and automation that power how families and referring providers discover and engage with healthcare services. You will own the strategy and operational foundation of the customer relationship management (CRM) ecosystem, ensuring commercial teams have reliable data and effective tools to act quickly. The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Clinical Operations. You will strengthen CRM architecture, improve lead management and attribution, and use artificial intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns. You will also manage and develop a CRM Administrator while remaining hands-on with critical systems and workflows. This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership, technical execution, and data-driven thinking in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
Accountabilities
- Govern the CRM and connected marketing technology ecosystem, including the data model, automation, permissions, data quality, and integrations with websites, analytics platforms, and clinical systems.
- Establish the strategy, priorities, and execution roadmap for CRM and marketing operations in partnership with Marketing, Territory Management, Product, Admissions, Clinical Operations, Data Science, Analytics, and other teams.
- Manage and develop the CRM Administrator, transitioning the function from reactive request management toward proactive, strategically aligned priorities.
- Define and optimize the end-to-end journey for families and referring providers from initial contact through application, evaluation, and enrollment.
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams on lead scoring, routing, attribution, funnel measurement, and conversion optimization.
- Represent Marketing and commercial requirements in Product and Engineering planning, ensuring systems initiatives are appropriately scoped and aligned with broader roadmaps.
- Build and maintain the audiences required by Marketing and Sales teams, using data and artificial intelligence to identify campaign opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Leverage AI and automation to surface opportunities such as underserved territories, expanded insurance plan coverage, and points where applications or customer journeys experience friction.
- Design and optimize processes for converting marketing-generated provider interest into actionable opportunities for territory managers, including targeting, prioritization, and workflow automation.
- Provide the Payor team with accurate reporting and insights to support negotiations and expansion, including utilization, geographic coverage, and referral volume by plan.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data quality, automation, and alignment across the broader commercial ecosystem.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring marketing operations systems remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM systems management, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related field, including hands-on experience rebuilding or significantly restructuring a CRM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is preferred; candidates with equivalent depth in HubSpot or Salesforce who are willing to develop deep expertise in Zoho will also be considered.
- Proven people management experience, including hiring, developing, coaching, and holding direct reports or teams accountable to clearly defined priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of supporting sales teams and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, or output.
- Practical experience using artificial intelligence and automation to build and deploy effective operational solutions rather than simply experimenting with emerging tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect marketing strategy with system architecture, operational workflows, and data flows.
- Comfortable working with funnel and conversion analytics and understanding how websites capture leads and track user behavior through tools such as forms, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Segment, or similar platforms.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or other Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-regulated environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical and operational execution.
- Expected annual base salary of $134,000-$149,000 USD.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
- Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Paid holidays and paid service days.
- Four weeks of paid sabbatical.
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
- Health benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
- Fully virtual work environment with the opportunity to work from home.
- Periodic in-person team retreats.
- Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving access to evidence-based pediatric mental healthcare.
- Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals committed to improving outcomes for children, young adults, and families.
- A collaborative and inclusive culture focused on compassion, innovation, diverse perspectives, and continuous improvement.
