This role sits at the center of a strategic financial services go-to-market motion, owning campaigns from initial planning through performance measurement. You will develop integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs supporting private equity, investment banking, capital markets, and alternative asset management audiences. The position combines campaign strategy, operational execution, audience management, and performance analysis to help accelerate pipeline and strengthen engagement with target buyers. You will coordinate closely with product marketing, creative, marketing operations, field marketing, editorial, and channel teams in a highly collaborative environment. Your work will translate business priorities and sales plays into coordinated campaigns with clear timelines, messaging, targeting, and measurable outcomes. You will also turn campaign data into actionable insights for sales leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Accountabilities:
- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across financial services segments, managing briefs, timelines, launch plans, and measurement from kickoff through completion.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to manage audience deployment, including list requests, segmentation, suppression logic, play-based targeting, and target account coverage.
- Lead cross-functional campaign teams across product marketing, creative, partner marketing, client marketing, editorial, and channel functions to ensure programs move efficiently from brief to launch.
- Develop and maintain an annual integrated marketing plan covering campaign sequencing, content milestones, paid activations, and event coordination across marketing functions.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting, business reviews, and presentations to senior stakeholders and sales leadership, connecting results to pipeline impact and recommending improvements.
- Manage campaign deliverables, dependencies, approvals, risks, and timelines using project management tools such as Asana.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or lifecycle marketing, with a track record of delivering programs that contribute to pipeline growth.
- Strong cross-functional project leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign management platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, or Pardot.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify funnel bottlenecks, interpret campaign performance data, and turn insights into optimization actions.
- Strong go-to-market and messaging skills, with the ability to connect campaign strategy to business priorities and communicate effectively with sales, product marketing, and senior leadership.
- Experience working within the financial services industry or another complex, highly matrixed business environment.
