Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Intelligence Strategist based in the United States.

This is a strategic, consultative role focused on turning marketing data into intelligence products that improve business decisions and outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with marketing leaders to understand how decisions are made, identify gaps, and determine where better intelligence can create meaningful impact.

Your work will span multiple marketing domains, including paid and owned media, requiring the ability to quickly build expertise and credibility in new areas.

You’ll shape the vision for intelligence products ranging from automated dashboards to custom, AI-enabled analytical solutions.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical work, including data exploration, prototyping, dashboard development, and translating strategy into actionable product requirements.

You’ll also drive adoption after launch, using usage data and stakeholder feedback to refine solutions and embed them into everyday marketing workflows.

This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing analytics professional to influence executive decisions while helping define the future of data- and AI-driven marketing intelligence.

Accountabilities:

    • Define the strategic vision and desired end state for marketing intelligence products, using stakeholder input, business objectives, current-state gaps, and a clear point of view on what should be built, for whom, and why.
    • Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing leaders, challenging assumptions, pressure-testing stated needs, and helping prioritize intelligence investments that can have the greatest impact on decisions and business outcomes.
    • Translate strategic concepts into actionable specifications, including mockups, data requirements, workflows, and prioritized feature sets detailed enough for BI and analytics teams to execute.
    • Prototype and validate intelligence concepts using available data and tools before committing to full-scale development, ensuring solutions address real business needs.
    • Build intelligence products across marketing domains such as paid media, owned media, and marketing measurement, rapidly developing informed perspectives in unfamiliar areas.
    • Drive adoption and ongoing effectiveness after launch by monitoring usage, identifying adoption barriers, gathering stakeholder feedback, and iterating on products until they become embedded in day-to-day workflows.
    • Identify and define opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into marketing intelligence products, including automated insight generation, anomaly detection, natural-language interaction, and other AI-augmented analytical experiences.
    • Use analytics, reporting, and market intelligence to connect marketing performance insights with broader business objectives and support better strategic decision-making.
    • Requirements

      • 8+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, strategic analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of using analytics and reporting to influence business outcomes.
      • Strong marketing fluency, including familiarity with marketing data, performance measurement, and intelligence requirements, with deep expertise in at least one area such as paid media, owned media, or marketing measurement.
      • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand organizational context, objectives, and decision-making processes and connect marketing intelligence to meaningful business outcomes.
      • Hands-on technical experience with SQL and dashboarding or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or comparable platforms, with the ability to work directly with data to prototype and iterate on solutions.
      • Demonstrated consultative thinking, including the ability to look beyond surface-level stakeholder requests, understand how decisions are actually made, identify underlying needs, and develop higher-impact solutions.
      • Strong executive communication skills, with the confidence to present a strategic point of view, challenge assumptions constructively, and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
      • Strategic agility and the ability to quickly establish credibility in unfamiliar marketing domains, work with new stakeholder groups, and independently structure a path forward in ambiguous situations.
      • Genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence and experience or interest in experimenting with AI tools and incorporating AI-augmented capabilities into analytics and intelligence workflows.
      • Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline such as an MBA, MSBA, Economics, or Statistics is a plus.
      • Benefits

        • Fully remote work arrangement within the United States, with employees able to work from a location of their choice subject to applicable location requirements.
        • Competitive annual base salary, with the standard range varying by location:
          • $118,600-$189,400 in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington State, and Washington, DC.
          • $112,700-$179,900 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia.
          • Compensation for other eligible U.S. locations may vary according to applicable local ranges.
          • Eligibility for equity awards based on factors including experience, performance, and location.
          • Opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing strategy, business intelligence, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.
          • High-impact exposure to marketing leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through actionable intelligence.
          • Broad scope across multiple marketing domains, providing opportunities to develop expertise across paid media, owned media, marketing measurement, and other intelligence areas.
          • Opportunity to shape new intelligence products from strategy and prototyping through adoption, iteration, and ongoing optimization.
          • Distributed work environment designed around flexibility, trust, collaboration, and productivity.
          • Inclusive and innovative professional environment with opportunities for career development and meaningful organizational impact.
