This is a senior program leadership opportunity focused on using intelligent automation to create measurable business value at scale.
You will lead initiatives across the full automation lifecycle, from opportunity identification and discovery through implementation, optimization, and measurement.
The role combines hands-on technical understanding with strong program management and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.
You will work closely with engineering, data, security, product, business leaders, and external technology partners to turn operational challenges into scalable solutions.
Automation will be the primary focus, with AI-supported solutions considered where they align with broader strategic objectives.
You will manage a portfolio of initiatives, balancing quick wins with longer-term transformation opportunities.
Success in this role means improving efficiency, reducing errors and cycle times, strengthening compliance, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:
- Identify and assess automation and process-improvement opportunities across business units, focusing on initiatives with meaningful operational and financial impact.
- Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business pain points, gather requirements, and translate needs into actionable automation opportunities.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of automation initiatives, balancing quick wins with strategic, longer-term programs.
- Establish and maintain a self-service intake process for automation ideas and evaluate opportunities based on effort, risk, ROI, compliance, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Work hands-on with internal development teams and external solution providers to design, build, implement, and optimize automation solutions.
- Ensure automation and AI-supported solutions are practical, scalable, secure, operationally ready, and aligned with organizational standards and objectives.
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, data, security, product, business stakeholders, and external vendors, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships, including solution-provider selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing collaboration.
- Define and track KPIs such as hours saved, error reduction, cycle-time improvements, compliance outcomes, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor emerging automation and AI technologies and recommend new approaches where they can improve productivity, efficiency, or business outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying recurring inefficiencies and developing repeatable automation practices.
- Maintain accountability for program timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and managing automation solutions, including workflow automation, RPA, or scripting.
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading automation platform, such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate; experience with UiPath Studio is particularly relevant.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and determine where automation can generate measurable value.
- Proven track record of delivering business improvements through automation, supported by measurable outcomes such as time savings, error reduction, cost reduction, or faster cycle times.
- Experience partnering with internal engineering or development teams to deliver technical solutions from concept through implementation.
- Experience managing external technology vendors or solution providers, including selection, onboarding, relationship management, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI-supported solutions for process improvement and the ability to assess how AI capabilities can complement broader organizational strategies.
- Strong technical program management skills, including prioritization, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery execution.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business functions.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic, analytical, and highly self-motivated approach, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in regulated or high-scale environments such as gaming, fintech, entertainment, healthcare, financial services, or telecommunications is a plus.
