Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Integration Manager based in India.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the technical integration journey for enterprise API customers across the APAC region.

You will own the customer experience from technical implementation and onboarding through launch, optimization, and ongoing support.

The role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with enterprise customer ownership and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

You will help customers navigate complex API integrations while identifying opportunities to make the integration process faster, clearer, and more scalable.

Your insights will directly influence product improvements, documentation, technical support practices, and the evolution of the integration function.

You will operate in a fast-moving, high-trust environment where autonomy, adaptability, and practical problem-solving are highly valued.

This remote role offers the opportunity to help build the APAC technical integration function while working with sophisticated global customers and modern API infrastructure.

Accountabilities

    • Own the technical customer journey across implementation, launch, post-launch support, and optimization for enterprise API integrations.
    • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements, guide integrations, and remove obstacles to successful go-live.
    • Support customers throughout technical discovery, onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
    • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and determine whether problems originate from the product, customer implementation, configuration, documentation, or other technical factors.
    • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to investigate technical issues, communicate customer needs, and influence product improvements.
    • Identify recurring customer challenges and translate them into clear, actionable feedback for internal technical and product teams.
    • Help make technical onboarding, support, and integration processes more repeatable and scalable without compromising speed or customer trust.
    • Provide clear technical explanations and guidance to engineers, product teams, account managers, and customer stakeholders.
    • Manage technical relationships with enterprise customers and maintain strong communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
    • Balance hands-on troubleshooting with strategic thinking around integration processes, customer experience, and scalability.
    • Help establish and continuously improve the technical integration and support function across the APAC region.
    • Determine when to resolve an issue directly, escalate it internally, challenge an approach, or recommend a product-level improvement.
    • Contribute to a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and practical execution in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
    • Requirements

      • Strong professional experience working with APIs, technical integrations, and modern software products.
      • Proven ability to own or support technical relationships with enterprise customers across implementation, launch, optimization, and ongoing support.
      • Hands-on experience with technical customer onboarding, API implementation, troubleshooting, integration support, technical discovery, pre-sales, or post-sales engineering.
      • Strong understanding of APIs and the ability to diagnose and communicate integration issues effectively.
      • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience collaborating closely with engineering, product, account management, and customer teams.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured approach to identifying the root cause of technical issues.
      • Ability to distinguish between integration challenges, configuration issues, product gaps, documentation problems, and user misunderstandings.
      • Strong judgment regarding when to troubleshoot independently, escalate an issue, challenge assumptions, or involve Product and Engineering.
      • Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
      • High level of ownership, adaptability, and autonomy, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, low-process environment.
      • Comfortable building structure and scalable processes while remaining hands-on and close to the technical work.
      • Ability to work effectively with customers and distributed teams across APAC and international time zones.
      • Experience in travel technology, hospitality technology, fintech, SaaS, or another API-driven environment is advantageous.
      • Benefits

        • Fully remote position for candidates based in India.
        • Opportunity to work with enterprise customers across the APAC region and on complex API integrations.
        • Significant ownership over the technical customer lifecycle, from implementation through optimization.
        • Direct exposure to Product and Engineering teams, with meaningful influence over product improvements and technical processes.
        • Opportunity to help build and shape a regional technical integration function from the ground up.
        • Hands-on experience with modern REST APIs, developer tooling, and scalable technology infrastructure.
        • Fast-moving, high-trust working environment with significant autonomy and limited bureaucracy.
        • Opportunity to work on technology supporting major global businesses and large-scale travel ecosystems.
        • Exposure to emerging AI-driven applications and the evolving future of digital travel infrastructure.
        • International and distributed team environment with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
        • Strong opportunity for professional growth through a broad role spanning technical delivery, customer success, product influence, and commercial visibility.
